The ingredients needed to prepare Oven Barbeque Chicken:
  1. Prepare 3 chicken legs
  2. Use 3 chicken thighs
  3. Use 1/2 cup Original Barbeque Sauce
  4. Provide 3 tbsp Peach Preserves
  5. Provide 2 oz olive oil
  6. Use 1 salt
  7. Use 1 black pepper
Steps to make Oven Barbeque Chicken:
  1. Place chicken on a oven safe cooking pan and coat with Olive oil on both sides. Preheat over at 400 and cook chicken for 30 minutes upside down.
  2. While chicken is cooking, mix 1/2 cup of Barbeque Sauce and the Peach Preserves.
  3. After the 30 minutes are up, take the pan with the chicken out of the oven, flip them and coat the chicken with the barbeque/peach preserve mixture. (Both sides)
  4. Place chicken back in the oven for 12 minutes and repeat the recoating process 4 times.
  5. Chicken is ready to eat. I served mine with Wild Rice and oven roasted Broccoli with a lemon/butter sauce
