- Provide 2 lb Wings
- You need 6 cups water
- Get 2 tbs Kosher salt
- Get 1 tbs olive oil
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Provide 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

- Get 4 tbs unsalted butter
- Prepare 1/3 cup honey
- Get 1/4 cup Sriracha
- Get 1 tbs minced garlic
- Get 1 tbs soy sauce

- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve kosher salt in the water and immerse the wings in the brine for at least an hour.
