  1. Provide 5 potatoes
  2. Provide 1 yellow onion
  3. Prepare 1 green bell pepper
  4. Get 1 jalapeno
  5. Prepare 4 tbsp peanut oil
  6. Use 2 tbsp cumin powder
  7. Provide 2 tbsp ground coriander
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard powder

  1. Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
  2. Slice onion and bell pepper in segments.
