- Provide 5 potatoes
- Provide 1 yellow onion
- Prepare 1 green bell pepper
- Get 1 jalapeno
- Prepare 4 tbsp peanut oil
- Use 2 tbsp cumin powder
- Provide 2 tbsp ground coriander
- Prepare 2 tbsp mustard powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder

- Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
- Slice onion and bell pepper in segments.
- Finely dice jalapeno and set aside.
- Mix cumin, mustard and coriander.
