  1. Prepare 2 cups chanadal
  2. Get 1 tsp rice
  3. Use 1/2 tsp Chili Gigger paste
  4. Get 1 pinch Haldi

  1. Soak chanadal and rice together for at least 5 hrs
  2. Grind it in mixture grinder with 1tsp curd to make a smooth paste
  3. Transfer the mixture in a bowl add 1tsp curd ; salt; sugar, haldi and ginger chilli paste
  4. Take a deep kadai pour some water in it place a stand in it and on the stand place s steel plate greased with little oil
  5. Add eno to the mixture mix it thoroughly and pour the mixture in the hot plate cover it and let it cook10 mins on high flame
  6. Yr khaman is ready
  7. For seasoning heat oil in a small pan add rai jeera sesame seeds curry leaves green chillies and spread it on the khaman cut it in small cubes and serve hot with green chutney
