- Prepare 2 cups chanadal
- Get 1 tsp rice
- Use 1/2 tsp Chili Gigger paste
- Get 1 pinch Haldi
- Get 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp curd

- Use 1/2 tsp Eno (one pouch)
- Provide Oil; green chillies curry leaves and coriander for seasoning

- Soak chanadal and rice together for at least 5 hrs
- Grind it in mixture grinder with 1tsp curd to make a smooth paste
- Transfer the mixture in a bowl add 1tsp curd ; salt; sugar, haldi and ginger chilli paste
- Take a deep kadai pour some water in it place a stand in it and on the stand place s steel plate greased with little oil
- Add eno to the mixture mix it thoroughly and pour the mixture in the hot plate cover it and let it cook10 mins on high flame
- Yr khaman is ready
- For seasoning heat oil in a small pan add rai jeera sesame seeds curry leaves green chillies and spread it on the khaman cut it in small cubes and serve hot with green chutney
