The ingredients needed to make Roasted Potatoes:
- Provide 2 Potatoes (quartered)
- You need 2 - 3 tbsps Duck fat
- Provide 1/2 cup Flour
- Take to taste Salt
- You need 1/2 tsp chili powder Cayene
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- Get 1/4 tsp Barbecue powder

- Pre-heat oven to 180° C.
- Boil potato quarters in water and salt until just cooked. Be careful not to overcook. Drain and keep aside to cool.
