  1. Get 1 cup vegetable oil
  2. Take 1 1/2 lb thin pork chops
  3. Get 2 eggs
  4. Provide 2 tsp dijon mustard
  5. Take 2 cup plain bread crumbs
  6. Prepare 1 oregano leaves
  7. You need 1 basil leaves
  8. Provide 1 salt

  1. Get a frying pan out and put oil in the pan and put on about low- medium. Let sit.
  2. Take out 2 bowls , 1 with a lid preferably.
