- Provide 2 lb diced chicken
- Use 8 diced potatoes
- Take 1 cup diced green onions
- You need 1 cup crumpled bacon
- Use 2 cup mexican cheese
- Get 1 tbsp paprika
- Take 1 tbsp pepper
- You need 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- Get 1 tbsp garlic salt
- You need 1/3 cup olive oil

- Mix olive oil, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, cajun seasoning in a large mixing bowl and add diced potatoes. Stir to coat.
