- Prepare 2 lb chicken breasts cubed
- Use 10 Med Red Potatoes cubed
- Take 1/3 cup olive oil
- Get 1 1/2 tsp salt
- You need 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- Prepare 1 tbsp paprika
- Use 2 tbsp garlic powder
- Use 6 tbsp Hot Sauce
- Prepare 2 cup grated cheese (Mexican blend)
- You need 1 cup bacon (cooked & crumbled)

- Preheat oven to 500°F
- Spray 9 x 12 Baking Dish with oil.
