  4. Add boiled vegetables and powdered spices. Mix well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add mashed potatoes to the vegetables, mash through a masher. Add tomatoes also.
  6. Mash till potatoes and vegetables are well corporated.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  8. Apply some butter on tawa, slice pav and toast on tawa till golden.
  9. Pav bhaji is ready to serve. Serve hot.
