- Provide 24 Jalapenos, cut lengthwise with ribs and seeds removed
- Get 1 1/2 C. Chive and onion Cream cheese
- Provide 2 C. Hot jalapeno and habanero Jack shredded cheese
- You need 3 Fresh green onions, finely diced
- Take 2 tsp. Onion powder
- Use 12 pieces bacon, crisp and finely chopped
- You need Red pepper flakes

- Cook bacon according to directions on pkg. Transfer to paper towels to cool. Finely chop.
- Cut off tops of jalapenos, slice lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
- In small bowl mix together cream cheese, 1 1/2 C. shredded cheese, green onions, onion powder and bacon. Salt and pepper to taste
