- You need 1 large or 2 medium onions (about a pound)
- Prepare 3 Tablespoons kosher salt
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon celery seeds
- You need 1 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- You need 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/4 Teaspoon ground allspice
- Get 3 Cups apple cider vinegar
- Provide 2-1/2 Cups dark brown sugar
