Steps to make Indian Cheese Fondue:
- Ingredients required- Boiled potato, Broccoli, Bell peppers (Yellow, Green or Red), Pav or French bread.
- Heat a pan add 1tsp butter, 1tsp oregano and toss the boiled potato for 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat the above step for bell peppers and broccoli. You can add a pinch of salt while tossing bell peppers and broccoli.
- Similarly cut the pav in cubes and toss it in oregano and butter.
- For Cheese Fondue - Heat a pan add 2tbsp butter, 1tbsp all-purpose flour and sauté it.
- Now add 2 cups milk in batches and keep stirring. It will get thicken. At this stage add cheese slices and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp oregano, 1tsp chilli flakes and salt to taste. You can also add Mozzarella and processed cheese and mix well and adjust the consistency with some more milk.
- Our cheese fondue is ready to serve. You can add more veggies and chips. I have served it with broccoli, bell peppers, potatoes, pav nachos & cracker biscuits.
