  1. Prepare 1 Half red bell pepper
  2. Prepare 2 medium red onions
  3. Prepare 2 spring onions
  4. You need 2 medium carrots
  5. Get 1 1/2 Chicken breast
  6. Prepare 6 medium mushrooms
  7. Provide 1 soy sauce
  8. Take 1 Oyster sauce
  9. Use 120 grams shan'shi noodles
  10. Take pinch salt
  11. You need 250 grams water
  12. You need 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
  13. Get 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  14. Take 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  1. Wash and clean the veggies and cut them in thin strips
  2. Cut the chicken in small bite size pieces and marinate it in 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, half teaspoon garlic powder, half teaspoon sweet paprika, a pinch of ground pepper. Set it aside for half an hour
