  1. Take 15 ml olive oil
  2. Get 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. Prepare 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  4. Use 2 slice white bread
  5. Get 2 eggs
  6. Provide 2 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 2 tsp ground black pepper
  8. Prepare 2 tsp BBQ spice
  9. Use 60 ml fresh parsley, chopped
