- gently fry onions, chilli,garlic and peppers until soft
- add paprika
- season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides in a grill pan

- once browned both sides transfer pork chops to a roasting tray
- add fried onions, peppers etc to roasting tray coating pork chops evenly
- transfer tray to oven and cook for 30 mins
