- Take 140 grams Pasta
- Get Hot Garlic Sauce
- Use 3 tbsp Sunflower Oil

- You need 4 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce

- Put all ingredients of the Hot Garlic sauce(Except Cornflour mixed with water) in a micro proof dish.Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour(mixed with water) and microwave for 5 minutes or more till the mix thickens slightly.Set aside.
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Take the chicken out and deep fry them in a skillet and set aside
- Boil the Pasta in 2 cups of water.Drain out the water when done.
- Pour Pasta in the microwave tray and mix it with 2tsp Sunflower Oil and the Garlic Sauce.Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Add the cut Bell Peppers and Green Chillies and the Fried Chicken and further microwave for 3 minutes.
