- Take 1 frozen or raw salmon ration
- Get 1 olive oil
- Prepare 4 clove garlic
- Prepare 1 onion, chopped
- Get 1 dash white wine
- Provide 1 salt and pepper
- Prepare 1 slice lemon
- Provide 1 (optional) oregano

- IF FROZEN par-boil/ add olive oil to pan to cover the whole pan about .5 cm deep
- Add in your garlic and onion along with your salt and pepper, with a squeeze of lemon and and herns you would like to add in including oregano
