- Provide 1 pound brussels sprouts
- Get 1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Get 3 oz sliced bacon
- Prepare 1 shallot, sliced thin
- Provide 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- Use 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- Provide 1/2 tsp gound black pepper
