- Use 10 small Red Potatoes (quartered)
- Provide 1 large White Onion (wedged)
- You need 2 bunch Fresh Rosemary (no stem)
- Prepare 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Use 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- Get 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- Prepare Season Salt
- Prepare Fresh Ground Pepper
- You need 1 Pam nonstick spray

- Preheat oven to 350
- Quarter and wedge potatoes and onions
- Drizzle olive oil over top and add additional seasonings
