- For tempering, take a Kadhai, add 2 spoons desi ghee, and add mustard seed in it. After it spluttering add chopped garlic and fry father till it changes golden brown colour. Now add cumin seed, red chilli, curry leaves,and add asafoetida.
- Now quickly add cooked dal in it. Mix it well. Add 2 cups of water. Cook for 2 minutes
