Sadly, there isn’t constantly enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. At the conclusion of the day, most of us want to go home, not to the gym. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally scrumptious salad (unless we’re vegetarians). The good news is that making wise decisions doesn’t have to be irritating. With training you can get all of the nutritional requirements and the exercise that you need. Here are some of the best ways to be healthy.

Run the stairs. Instead of selecting the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. You need to make your body as strong it can be.

  1. While the water comes to a boil, prepare the cabbage! Only remove the tough looking stem from the cabbage, as seen in the photo.

  3. After the cabbage has been cut, heat some oil in a frying pan and cook on medium heat!
  4. Add 2-3 cm of water to the pan and cover with a lid!
  5. This is how they should look. When the cabbage is cooked, it brings out the sweetness and tastes so good~ Remove the cabbage onto a separate plate.
  6. This is the point to the pasta this time! Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of bonito soup stock granules to the boiling water! The flavor of the water will be absorbed by the noodles.
  7. Adjust the heat so that the water is gently boiling. Boil the noodles 2 minutes shorter than recommended on the package.
  8. Heat the pure olive oil in a frying pan. Cook the sakura shrimp on low heat until fragrant.
  9. Add 1 ladle of the boiling pasta water and the shio-kombu. Mix it together at this point.
