However, we do not always have the time or the power that this type of lifestyle demands. When our work day is finished, most people do not want to go to the gym. A juicy, grease laden burger is usually our food of choice and not a leafy green salad (unless we are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy decisions doesn’t have to be irritating. If you keep going with it, you’ll get all of the required foods and activites. Here are some of the best methods to be healthy.

Climb stairs. Rather than using an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a fantastic way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get wholesome. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indication of your lifestyle choices. You need your body to be powerful too.

  3. Then add broth an 4 cups of water an stir good at this point u can taste the liquid an see if it needs more spice to your likening I added lots bit more of everything that’s me though, let it boil bout 10 to 15 mins !

This weeknight winner features smoky sausage and shrimp with a kick of heat from Zatarain's® Creole Seasoning. All the flavors of a New Orleans Jambalaya - but served up with pasta. Mix the ingredients: Excluding the oil, add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated. Cook the sausages: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. I love that this is an easy and delicious, one-pot meal - what can be better than that?
