Sadly, there isn’t often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. Working out at the gym isn’t something people decide to do when they get off from work. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally scrumptious salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You should be pleased to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super difficult. If you keep going with it, you’ll get all of the required exercise and healthy food. Here are some very simple ways to get healthful.

Walk up the stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work instead of using the elevator. While this will be difficult to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A good amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about simply how much you weigh. You need your body to be powerful too.

Instructions to make Bibimbap #WYH:
  1. Prepare "modified" gochujang sauce. Some people prefer just serving it out of the box but I made some changes to give it more UMAMI taste. Ingredients for sauce - 1 tbsp of gochujang, 1 tbsp of soy sauce aka kicap manis for me, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of sunflower seeds (I don't have sesame seeds, you can use any nuts/seeds you like) and 1 tbsp of hot water to give it lighter consistency
  2. Prepare the necessary ingredients, set all into separate bowls - I love me a good flat lay
  3. Serve the rice in a deep round bowl to give impression of restaurant bibimbap hehe
  4. Assemble all ingredients around the rice. Top the rice with the sunny side (I made slight cuts to the egg whites so it doesn't cover other ingredients - we still ate it ok)
  5. Drizzle the sauce all over and now mix!
  6. Done! Wala - taste as great as the ones you get dining out. Cheaper, no leftovers & homemade with love <3
