- Take Aubergine (around 500 gms.)
- Provide sesame seeds toasted
- You need Olive oil
- You need Salt
- Get Parsley / Coriander leaves

- Cool the aubergine on an open flame on low flame. This gives it a nice burnt flavour. Allow to cool.
