- Use Brinjal black big size
- Take Garlic
- Use Lemon juice
- Take Tahini paste
- Take Sesame seeds
- You need Olive oil

Steps to make Baba Ganoush:
- For tahini paste- dry roaste sesame seeds and soak it for 15 minutes in the water.
- Add soaked sesame seeds,1 Tbsp olive oil in a blender and make a fine paste,keep aside.
- Roaste brinjal on a medium gas flame until it cooks completely.
- Remove brinjal peels carefully and keep aside.
- Now in a mixer jar add roasted brinjal,garlic pods,lemon juice,tahini paste, Olive oil and salt.
- Make very fine paste.
- Baba Ganoush is ready.
- Sprinkle some red chilli powder.
- Use with pita bread,or simply with Indian paratha or in Sandwich.
