Steps to make Palak paneer:
  1. Blanch spinach 3-5min. Add salt pinch sugar and oil 1/2tsp. Strain and pour chilled water. And let it cool.
  2. Now churn spinach add malai and churn again. Mean while boil 1glass water add salt turmeric powder and add paneer diced 2-3min. And remove from water. To get yellow colour and soft paneer.
  3. Now heat ol in a pan add cumin seeds finely chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste saute. Now add paneer saute and add spinach puree. Kitchen king masala and kasuri methi and 1/4cup blanch spinach water mix properly.
  4. Now make drungar with charcoal pour 1/2tsp. butter and sugarcover for 2min. Remove charcoal nadd 1/2tsp butter mix well. serve hot with naan paratha rice.
