  7. Get 1 tbsp mango powder(amchur)
  8. Use half tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Palak paneer:
  1. Heat half tbsp oil in a pan and fry onions,garlic and chillies for 5 mins.
  2. Now add ginger,all ingredients(except paneer,salt and butter) and fried onions to the boiled spinach leaves and grind it.
  3. Heat butter in a kadhai.now pour the grinded mixture and fry it for 10 mins.
  4. Add salt and mix it.now add water as u wish and let it cook for 2 mins
  5. Now add paneer and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add the cream and cover it with lid
  7. Your palak paneer is ready.serve it with puri and paratha
