- Prepare 1 bunch spinach leaves boiled
- Get 100 gm paneer
- Use 50 gm cream
- Take 2 onions chopped
- Use 3 cloves garlic
- Prepare 2 -3 green chillies chopped

- Use half tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Palak paneer:
- Heat half tbsp oil in a pan and fry onions,garlic and chillies for 5 mins.
- Now add ginger,all ingredients(except paneer,salt and butter) and fried onions to the boiled spinach leaves and grind it.
- Heat butter in a kadhai.now pour the grinded mixture and fry it for 10 mins.
- Add salt and mix it.now add water as u wish and let it cook for 2 mins
- Now add paneer and cook for 5 mins.
- Add the cream and cover it with lid
- Your palak paneer is ready.serve it with puri and paratha
