- For dosa batter soak rice,daal and methi daana overnight.
- In the morning grind it smoothly and put it in warm place for fermentation for like 10-12 hours.
- Once it ferment you can use it for making dosa,idli or uttapam.
- Now we will make sambhar.
- Add daal and all veggies in a cooker with salt and turmeric powder and take 4-5 whistle. (You can add any veggies if your choice)
- Once it settle down we add tamarind water.
- Now take a tadka pan. Heat the oil and put mustard seeds,red chilli, sambhar powder and put tadka in the sambhar and boil till desired consistency. (You can adjust masala acc to your taste again)
