- Take soaked yellow moongdal
- Use ginger piece
- Use nos green chillies
- Take turmeric powder

Steps to make Moonglet:
- Wash the moong dal and soak it for 5 hours
- Drain the moong dal and grind it along with ginger and green chillies and 1 tbsp of water until smooth.
- The batter has to be thick, so don't add to much water.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Beat this dal paste with the help of spatula until it becomes fluffy.
- Add water if required and mix well and until eno is combined well and the batter is fluffy.
- Take chooped vegetables, paneer add black pepper powder, chat masla and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add spoonfuls of the batter. Keep the pan on low heat and cook it.
- Arrange the toppings on dal paste.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves too and pizza seasoning. Gently press the topping into the moonglet with the back of a spatula.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes or until one side is cooked.
- Gently flip the moonglet and spoon oil/butter on the sides.
- Now flip it again and add cheese slices and grated cheese. Start melting.
- Remove from heat sprinkle chat masala on it.
- Transfer into plate and serve with chutney of your choice
