- Use 255 g Mari biscuits or Graham cookies

- Break Mari cookies or Graham cookies, put them in processor add melted butter and make fine crumbs. - Aagar or geliten powder in 4 teaspoons warm milk mix well quick and add mango puree give a quick mix and add it to cheesecake batter give a gentle twist and mix.
- Take out the pan from the fridge and pour the batter in it and even it up. Now cover it with the plastic paper and put it in freezer for two three hours.
- After 3 hours. For finishing we are going to make mango jelly.for 2 pack we are going to use 2 cup slightly hot water. Mix it well. Take out the cake and pour it on top evenly. Put it in fridge for 5 to 10 minutes or un till the jelly sets.
- Take out the cake after10 minutes and put it on the glass.With a wet cloth wraparound the pan after a minute or 2 open it and pull the ring down side, pick up the cake and put it on serving dish.
