The ingredients needed to make Meringue:
- Provide Large eggwhites
- You need sugar
- Take Mango essence
Instructions to make Meringue:
- Preheat Oven to 90°c
- Ensure your Bowl and whisk attachment are Clean with no grease so as to get a floffy meringue
- In your Bowl put your eggwhites and whisk at a low speed untill bubble starts forming then increase the spread untill soft peaks start forming
- Add your sugar one spoon at a time and add the orange essence
- Whisk untill you get stiff peaks
- Using a piping bang pipet the meringue on your Baking tin and put in the oven at 90°C for 45 minutes
- Can be used for cake decorating
