  1. You need granulated sugar
  2. Provide egg whites
  3. Prepare fresh lemon juice
Steps to make Lemon Meringue:
  1. Preheat oven to 120℃.
  2. Wipe out a large, clean bowl with a slice of lemon.
  3. Add egg whites to the bowl and mix until bubbles appear.
  4. Once bubbles appear, add lemon juice and mix until soft peaks form.
