The ingredients needed to prepare Chinese Paneer:
  1. Get Paneer
  2. Get large onion largely diced
  3. Use ginger cut into Julien
  4. You need onion paste
  5. You need soya sauce
  6. Provide green chilli sauce
  7. Use vinegar
  8. Get refined oil
  9. You need refined oil for deep frying
  10. Provide salt
  11. You need corn flour
  12. Use water
  13. Prepare garlic chopped
  14. Prepare green chillies chopped
  15. You need ginger paste
  16. Prepare garlic paste
  17. Provide crushed black pepper
Steps to make Chinese Paneer:
  1. Prepare all ingredients
  2. Deep fry panner cubes in 1cup oil for 2 to 3 minutes. We dont have to fry to brown colour… only slight golden brown will do.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai or wok and add paste of ginger and paste of garlic and fry for 30 sec and then add diced onion and cook until translucent
  4. Add green chilli, ginger jullien, chopped or sliced garlic and onion paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now mix chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, soya sauce well and pour into kadhai. mix well and cook for 3 minutes
  6. Now add fried paneer cubes, crushed black pepper and give a mix.. cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Now mix corn flour and water to make a thin batter
  8. Pour little by little of this corn batter into the paneer and mix constantly but gently.
  9. Adjust the thickness of your gravy with water. Add more salt if you want.
  10. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and your chinese paneer is ready.
  11. Serve with rumali roti, chapati, fried rice….
