Steps to make Chinese noodles:
- Firstly boil 1packet of noodles in container by adding water 200ml and salt boil till 10min after that remove hot water frm it and add in cool water so that all noodles particles are separate from each other and side by side cut all ingredients mention in picture(mustard seeds, cumin seeds,garlic small pieces, coriander leaves, potato, onion green and white,tomato, green chilli,red chilli, turmeric powder,salt, garam masala,Maggi masala)
- Also take out all sauces like green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,soya sauce, tomato sauce
- Then take 1pan add half cup of oil in it on the gas flame allow it to be hot than in hot oil add mustard seeds, green chilli, cumine seeds, garlic small pieces also add potato, onion both Green as well as white onion add salt and make low flame covered it for 15min to cook.
- After 15min open the covered and check whether it cook completely then add tomato,also ingredients like chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, garam masala, Maggi masala and all four souces cook it for 10min.
- Then add boil noodles in that pan.And mix it properly allowed it for 5min add coriander leaves for garnishment.finally tasty noodles now ready to serve.
