  1. Get 1 cup sooji
  2. You need 2 tsp salt
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato
  4. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds

  6. Use 2 tsp garam maslaa
  7. Use 2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat pan and add 1 tsp oil.
  2. Add sooji and 1 cup water.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add salt.
  4. Mix well and them it be cool.
  5. Once sooji mixture cools Knead well again and again.
  6. Add potato, green chilli and garam masala and chat masala.
  7. Mix it very well.
  8. Heat appam pan and add oil.
  9. Make a ball and put in to it.
