- You need 6 +1 Red dry chilli or byadige chilli
- You need 1 spoon Urd dal
- Provide 1 table spoon white till
- Provide 1/2 spoon fenugreek
- Get 1/2 +1/4 spoon jeera seeds
- Prepare 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 cup fresh coconut

- Prepare 1 small piece jaggery
Steps to make Pumpkin gojju /sambar:
- Heat earth pot or kadai, add 1 spoon oil, mustard, 1 chilli, 1/4 jeera seeds, curry leaves, tempering ready. Add chopped pumpkin, water, salt and jaggery and cook them.
- Heat a pan, add oil, fenugreek,red dry chilli, urd dal, jeera, and till, fry them. Add turmeric powder, coconut and mix. Once it cool. Fried masala add on mixi jar, add required water and grind them. Add grinded mixture into boiled pumpkin, add required water and boil them. Serve with hot rice.
