- For coconut chutney; put all ingredients and corrriander leaves, Salt,blend and give tadka of mustard seeds, currypatta.
- For Sambar; boil tur dal and mix Vegetables separately. In a Pan or Kadai put 2tbsp Oil in a medium flame, put mustard seeds when splutter, add curry patta,hing, whole Red chilies, saute for few minutes, put chopped Onions, fry till onion turns transparent, put tamarind juice, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, stir till tomatoes are soft, add Sambar Powder, stir for few minutes, add mashed and boil tur dal and mix Vegs Cook for five minutes.
