Steps to make Idli sambar:
- For batter wash and soak urad dal, methi seeds, rice flakes, idil rice for 8 hours soak then grind smooth paste mix (remove soak water)and mix it with hand and cover keep for over night for fermentation.
- Heat steamer & grease idil moulds & pour a spoonful of batter (add to taste salt) and steam for 10-12 min cool while remove for moulds and Idli are ready.
- Pressure cooker dal with all veggies add turmeric powder & oil for 2 whistles heat pan add oil mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, add cooked dal and veggies, mix well add sambar masala, chilli powder, to taste salt, cook till boils.
- In serving plate arrange idil sambar and enjoy it.
