- You need For idli-
- Provide 1 cup rava (roasted)
- Prepare 3/4 cup curd
- Get 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust according to taste)
- Use 1/2 tsp eno fruit salt
- Provide 3 tbsp oil
- Get 1/2 cup water (adjust according to consistency)
Steps to make Idli sambar:
- In a bowl add rava, salt and curd. Mix well. Now add water in it and mix until combined completely. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat idli maker with water on high flame. Grease idli mold with oil. Add eno into idli batter and immediately transfer it on idli molds. You can add a pinch of soda instead of eno also.
- Steam it for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Delicious rava idli is ready to serve. Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
