Remember when the only men and women who cared about the environment were tree huggers along with hippies? That has completely changed now, since we all seem to have an awareness that the planet is having troubles, and we all have a part to play in fixing it. Unless everyone begins to start living a lot more green we won’t be able to fix the problems of the environment. Each and every family must start creating changes that are environmentally friendly and they must do this soon. The kitchen is a good place to begin saving energy by going much more green.
Why don’t we begin with something quite simple, changing the light bulbs. Obviously you shouldn’t confine this to merely the kitchen. You really need to change your incandescent lights by using energy-saver, compact fluorescent light bulbs. These bulbs are usually energy-efficient which means electricity consumption is actually lower, and, even though they cost a bit more to buy, will outlast an incandescent light ten times over. One of the advantages is that for every one of these lightbulbs used, it signifies that approximately ten normal lightbulbs less will certainly end up at a landfill site. Together with different light bulbs, you should learn to leave the lights off if they are not needed. In the kitchen is where you’ll regularly discover members of a family, and often the lights are not turned off until the last person goes to bed. Certainly this also happens in some other rooms, not simply the kitchen. Make a routine of having the lights on only when they are required, and you’ll be surprised at the amount of electricity you save.
The kitchen alone offers you many small means by which energy and money can be saved. Green living is not really that difficult. Mostly, all it requires is a little bit of common sense.

- Notes- if you find liquid we place it on the cookie sheet drain again less liquid as possible, i had to do this. I also used the boiler on 400 because I didn’t use parchment paper and I started to see it burn so and that the top wasn’t done yet, so that is something to look for if not using parchment paper.
