- Provide 2 lbs Ground beef
- Provide 1 package Taco seasoning
- Get 8 oz Picante sauce
- Provide 1 bag Chili cheese Fritos
- You need 2 (8 oz) cans Cheddar cheese soup
- Use 1 1/2 cup Taco blend shredded cheese
- You need 1/2 cup milk
- Use 1 cup water
Steps to make Easy Frito Taco Bake:
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water to drained ground beef and cook until simmering on medium heat.
- Add Picante sauce and cook until bubbly and sauce thickens on low.
- Coat 13x9 inch pan lightly with cooking spray and add Fritos to bottom of pan.
- Add ground beef mixture to pan.
- In a medium sauce pan mix cheese soup and milk on low until combined and creamy.
- Pour cheese mixture on top of ground beef.
- Top Frito bake with shredded cheese
- Bake in oven on 350° until cheese is melted. Approx 10 minutes
