- Provide to taste Salt & Pepper
- You need Smoked Paprika (optional)
- Use 2 C Quick Cook or Instant Brown Rice
- Provide 1 bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
- Prepare 1 medium onion, diced
- Prepare 1 can Cream of Chicken
- Use 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- Get 1 C Milk

- Get 1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- Preheat oven to 375F
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

- Shred Chicken. I used my food processor.
