- Prepare 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- Use sauce
- Get 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

- Get 2 cup chicken broth
- Take 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- You need 1 clove crushed garlic
- Get 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- You need 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
- Take 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Use 2 tsp cornstarch

- Salt and pepper both sides of ribs. Ribs should be brought to room temperature before adding to slow cooker.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Whisking is best as it helps break up the preserves and has it incorporate better into the liquids.
- Place ribs into slow cooker.
- Pour sauce over ribs.

- Sauce should thicken some during cooking. I like a thicker sauce so at the end I remove sauce and place it in a large saucepan ,removing the crushed garlic clove.
- Turn saucepan to medium high and make a thickening slurry by adding 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 2 tablespoons sauce. Mix together and add to saucepan. Whisk until thickened.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or I also like to serve over buttered egg noodles.
