- You need 1 can cream of mushroom
- Get 1 few squirts sour cream, i use the kroger brand in a squirt bottle
- Get 1 splash of milk
- Prepare 1 season salt to taste
- Use 1 ground black pepper to taste
- Get 1 onion powder to taste
- Prepare 3 slice american cheese or cheese of your choice
- Take 1 steamed cabbage, as much as you like
- Take 1 crushed rittz crackers
- Provide 1 melted butter…. couple tablespoons maybe…i rarely ever measure lol
Steps to make Spam and hashbrown casserole:
- Cook hashbrowns according to package. Season to taste.
- In separate pot combine cream of mushroom, sour cream, splash of milk, seasonings, and cheese. Heat through and stir until mixed well.
- Remove.spam from can And.chop into bite sized pieces. Add to hashbrowns then add soup mixture And cabbage and mix well.
- Put in oven and heat through mixing every so often. Next add crushed crackers and drizzle melted butter on top.
- Place in oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven serve and enjoy!! Be careful, it's very hot!!
