- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- In small bowl, whisk together the milk/water and melted butter/margarine or oil. Pour over the flour mixture. Mix with a fork until dough is evenly moistened.
- Place dough into pie pan and pat across the bottom of pan and up sides using a flat-bottomed cup.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.
