- Use 1 cup Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
- Provide 1 cup Sliced Green Bell Pepper

- Provide 3/4 cup Thinly sliced Purple Cabbage
- You need 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onions

Instructions to make Mango Avocado Toasts:
- To make Avocado Toasts in 10 minutes, first heat a small pan and add olive oil to it.
- When it heats up add the sliced yellow bell pepper and the green bell pepper and saute on high flame for about a minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and saute on high for about half a minute and add the sugar.
- Saute and add salt to taste and the smoked paprika, mix well and switch off the flame.
- At the same time, start heating a griddle for the toasts and grease it with homemade ghee or butter.
