  1. You need As needed Noodles (Hakka or any other)
  2. You need As needed Oil for deep frying
  3. Provide 2 cups fried noodles
  4. Provide 1 cup cabbage shredded

  1. For fried noodles take any noodles boil and Drain it nicely.
  2. Add 2-3 tbsp cornflour and mix it well, Heat oil and deep fry Noodle until light golden, take it out on tissue paper.
